South African striker Lebo Mothiba has been voted Valenciennes' Player of the Month for September.
The 21-year-old, who is on loan from LOSC Lille, won the accolade after receiving 18.88% of the votes on the club's social media accounts.
Mothiba put in a memorable performance just before the international break, as he netted a hat-trick to help Valenciennes come back from 3-1 down to win 4-3 against Orleans.
The striker was recently called up to the Bafana Bafana squad for the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Burkina Faso, but he played no part in the 3-1 win.
Mothiba beat out Damien Perquis, Baptiste Aloe, Sébastien Roudet and Tony Mauricio for the award.
