New Kaizer Chiefs TV show tonight

Both former Kaizer Chiefs players and members of the current squad talk about Chairman Kaizer Motaung to coincide with his birthday on 16 October, including Vusi ‘Computer’ Lamola, Marks Maponyane, Fani Madida, Kaizer Motaung Junior and Itumeleng Khune.

Meanwhile, the Amakhosi Chairman himself comments on the club’s introduction of a few highly exciting youngsters in the first team, like Wiseman Meyiwa, Siyabonga Ngezana and Khotso Malope.

These are two of the numerous exciting features in a brand new KCTV show, which premiers on Thursday, 26 October 2017, on the DSTV Channel SS4 (channel 2014) at 19:30.

We also joined the Gauteng branches of our supporters club to Tembisa, where they spread ‘Love & Peace’ at a child and welfare centre.

Furthermore, there is an exclusive behind-the-scenes of the official opening of our KC Insurance store in Umlazi.

These are just some of the features in this 30 minutes action packed broadcast which will air on Thursday night on channel 204 at 19:30.

What a gentleman – Maponyane

We have asked five former Kaizer Chiefs players from five different decennia, starting with the foundation of the club on 7 January 1970 to now, to talk about their relationship with Chairman Kaizer Motaung for his 73rd birthday on Monday, 16 October 2017. Marks Maponyane (1980s) “What a gentleman,” Marks Maponyane says about Chairman Kaizer Motaung. “He’s also somebody who is prepared to listen and give honest advice when needed. City To Extend Ndou’s Stay?

Sources have alerted the Siya crew that despite earlier reports that Polokwane City intended to part ways with veteran striker Rendani Ndou, the Limpopo-based club may now look to retain the services of the 30-year-old forward. Ndou has been with Rise and Shine for the past three years and reports surfaced that he could be making an exit when his contract comes to an end. However, Siya sources have revealed that City may look to keep the experienced striker at the club. Earlier reports suggested that Ndou along with teammates Tshepo Tema and Randy Ngobe were left out in the cold by the club as they were no longer in the future plans of coach Bernard Molekwa. However, sources close to the club indicated that Ndou is in line for a two-year extension that would see him remain at the club until 2020.
